Collection of Personal Identification Information

We may save personal identification in forms of: Registering on our Site and order information, however, users may visit the website anonymously.We adopt appropriate data collection, storage & processing practices to ensure security measures that protect against unauthorized access or destruction of your information.

Using the Site

You shall be solely responsible for your access to and/or use of the Site & its functions herein. You must protect your user account information, log in credentials as it’s to be treated in a confidential manner, you must not disclose it to any third party.

Privacy Policy Changes

SHAGA has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. If revised, it will be displayed on our Site. Your acknowledgement is important to review this Privacy Policy periodically & become aware of the modifications.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that you cannot return back a package after it’s already been handed over to the Courier Service, unless a prior notice is given to the Company within 1-2 working days. Exchanges need to be informed to us within 07 working days of receiving the product.

  • Step 01: Message us through the same platform (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Website) you placed your order with.
  • Step 02: After an analysis, our Exchange Team will get back to you stating the procedure where you have to send us back the package through Register Post or a Courier Service. Kindly send a snap of the Postal Receipt within 2-3 working days through FB, IG, WhatsApp or Website.
  • Step 03: Once we have received the package, one of our Sales Representatives will inform you through a message so that you can select another or change the size & get your exchange delivered once back. If the newly picked item has a price difference, it will have to be paid by the customer, if the company owes the customer, it will not be refunded, it will simply be deducted the next time they make a purchase. A delivery fee will be charged again to send back the Exchange Item.
